🐾 A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT APPOINTMENT TIMES 🐾

Please make sure you arrive on time for your appointment. We have a 10-minute grace period, and any arrival later than 10 minutes may result in us having to refuse the appointment.

If we are able to accommodate you after the 10-minute grace period, a late fee may apply.

We completely understand that things can happen, and sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, around 80% of the time we run behind schedule, it’s due to clients arriving late for their appointments.

When you arrive late, it has a knock-on effect on the rest of our day, our team, and the other dogs waiting for their appointments. Some dogs may also take longer than expected, and running behind can quickly add up, making it unfair on the other clients and their dogs.

We kindly ask that you respect your appointment time and allow yourself enough time to arrive promptly. This helps us keep the day running smoothly and ensures every dog receives the time, care and attention they deserve. ❤️

Please note that we had a price increase effective from 1st August.

For our dog services, prices will be increasing by between £2 & £5, depending on the service & size of dog etc.

We’re now closed for a long weekend 😬😬

Ross has one of his best friends weddings & Leah is away on holiday so we are completely shutting off from work, no messsges will be answered until we are back into work on Monday.

Unfortunately Ross got admitted into hospital the early hours of Sunday morning, as it looks the now he’s going to be kept in for 48hrs on drips but this could change.

Leah will be in touch to cancel appointments for Tuesday & Wednesday & then we will just take it day by day.

Leah will be coming into do some of the dogs she’s able to do herself to keep the work load down.

Appointments what are going to be cancelled will be added to a list until we know for definite when he will be back to work.

‼️ Block Bookings are now in progress so any further changes or holiday dates given, will be accommodated to the best of our ability but this is not a guarantee that we will be to accommodate them all‼️

Reminder to all block booking clients! We will soon be starting the 2nd half of 2026 bookings if you have any dates you cannot do, that you have not yet made us aware of please give us a message or call before the beginning of April. Any dates that do need to be rearranged after bookings are given out, we will try our best to accommodate to them but we cannot make any guarantees 🐶 If there are any changes to your usual availability for times or days with block bookings please also let us know before the beginning of April.

We should have your bookings ready for you around the end of April/ beginning of may at the latest 😊
