Tick season is well underway, and with many of us enjoying walks through fields, woodlands and long grass, it’s a good reminder to check your dogs regularly.

Ticks are often found around the ears, neck, under the chin, armpits and tummy, so these are good places to check after being outdoors.

A quick once-over can help spot them early and make removal easier.

Daisy absolutely loved today’s walk through the meadow buttercups! 🌼😂 I couldn’t stop laughing watching her bounce and hop her way through them. Safe to say she had the best time… even if she ended up absolutely soaked to the bone afterwards! 💛🐾

The dogs have mainly had shaded walks this week with the warmer weather, but the last two days have been cool enough to get back into the field again and they were absolutely delighted 🐾🌼

Hard to believe the field was only cut not long ago… two days back in it and the meadow buttercups are already taking over again 😂💛
