**WARNING/APPEAL FOR HELP**

It is getting to the time of year when the farmers are harvesting their maize/ corn and not all of the corn husks are gathered up. The birds then pick them up and they get dropped further afield eg on the playing field etc. Sadly if eaten by a dog they can be fatal. I know of two dogs in Kirkby Thore that have had to have emergency surgery as a result of this (one this year and one last) I'm therefore appealing to the wider community to pick up any husks you see on the ground, around the village and further afield, and pop them in the bin.

In September, I'll be launching my first Functional Fitness intake!

This is for anyone who wants to improve their general strength and fitness, boost their mood, and feel more confident in themselves! Additionally, I will be running a modified version specifically for Agility handlers to help you improve your own agility for course running 🐾

Unlike my other online programmes, Functional Fitness is 100% at-home, with no requirement for you to join a gym!

What you'll recieve:
• A 10-Week programme, with 3-5 sessions a week.
• Access to a community/ support group with people on the same programme
• Modifications/ Adaptions for exercises where necessary
• 24/7 support from myself

All sessions will be 20-40 minutes in length, and will cover a mixture of strength, fitness and mobility. You'll ideally need 1 heavy kettlebell/ Dumbbell (10-15kg) and a set of lighter Dumbbells (5-7.5kg), however all exercises can be done bodyweight 🏋🏼‍♀️

At £135 for 10 weeks, this is less than £15 a week!

JUST ONE SPACE REMAINING

🐕🏵Agility foundation course 🏵🐕

Have you got a puppy or young dog that you would like to start agility with?

This course is aimed at you and will help you to build the solid foundations you need to start agility.

All the exercises we cover in the class are designed to build focus and drive, helping you and your dog build a strong bond and give you the skills you need to start agility. The exercises are all done on the flat to avoid impact on your dog's joints.

The course will run for 8 weeks on Thursday evenings in Skelton. Please DM me for more information or to book a space.
