Wow. I’m feeling incredibly grateful and honestly a little lost for words. The relationship that I have built with you all goes far beyond clients - it truly feels like I have a family who support me and make me feel so appreciated. The cards, gifts, and kind words have filled my heart with joy and made me pause and appreciate how lucky I am. Not just because of the generosity, but because of the genuine care behind it all. Being shown this level of appreciation means everything to me, and I’m so grateful to be surrounded by such wonderful people and pups!!

Hand-decorating the personalised decorations this year brought me so much happiness and gave me a quiet moment to reflect on how Poppy’s Pooches has blossomed (yes, I was emotional). What started as a small dream has grown into a business built on trust, kindness, and community, and that’s something I’m incredibly proud of. Thank you for being part of this journey, for supporting me, and for making this year so special. I couldn’t have done it without you all.
