This is my brand new dog walking page and I hope you will be interested in what I have to offer our cheeky canine cuties xx So, I'm Michelle and I'm 57 years young. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I've always had a love of animals, but dogs hold a very special place in my heart. I've worked in education for a long time, but this year decided it was time for a big change! So, I'm holding

on tight, and am starting my very own dog walking and pet sitting business, and am looking forward to the ride! We've had dogs in our family since I was a teenager, and have owned our own dog, a Beagle named Toby, for 13 years. Sadly, he passed away from heart failure 14 months ago. To say I was broken hearted was an understatement. My nickname for him was Poochy - so, in honour of my beautiful boy, I've used it in the business name. I'm married with 3 grown up children, and we have 3 beautiful grandchildren and 2 gorgeous Cocker Spaniel grand pups. I know there are lots of dog walkers out there, and you may be asking yourself what makes her so different - well, I understand completely the unique bond between a pet and its owner. Our pups are so very precious to us and I guarantee a personal touch. Your pet's safety, well-being and happiness is as important to me as it is to you - 100%. Life is far too short to not be doing something you love every day!

A big shout out to every single one of my Pawsome Pooches - far too many to mention.
They all have their own little personalities which I absolutely love. They make me laugh and I couldn't imagine them not being a part of my everyday routine now.

The future of Pawsome Poochy Dog Walking Services is looking very bright and it's all thanks to my beautiful furry friends.

My business wouldn't even exist if it wasn't for my own boy Toby - love and miss him so very much 💔

Happy Happy Thursday 💙

Wow!! Can't believe how time flies. My days are so full and plentiful at the minute that I've not even had a moment to update you on our Pawsome Pooches.

We've had two 1st Birthdays....Walter and Pablo....so Happy Happy Birthday to them 🎈

We also have a couple of gorgeous boys that will be joining us very soon (pics to follow once I've been out with them 😊)

With the temperatures of late we've had to do lots of garden visits and early morning walks.

There's been fun and mischief galore.

I've had some lovely company over the past few weeks and really feel a strong connection to all of my four legged friends 🐾

They're honestly a tonic and have given me as much pleasure as I hope I've given them 😍

There is something I really feel needs to be said from professional dog walkers - unfortunately in the past month i have seen at least 5 dog walkers close their business due to a number of reasons . One reason I have heard from each and everyone of them is "The inconsistent wage , the heatwaves has made it impossible to pay my bills let alone myself"
Today on my first group walk i passed a lady who in passing conversation said to me " I bet you dog walkers are loving not having to work"
I feel the need to remind everyone this is our JOB our full time job, the way we pay our bills , feed our families and somehow pay ourselves. The past couple of months have been TOUGH for every dog walker I have spoken to - we all have mortgages or rent to pay , some have children. This is NOT a hobby this is a business we put all of our love and passion into! The next time your dog walker has to change the schedule to keep your dogs safe we are not doing it for an easy life, belive me we are in the group chats we have stressing about how we will fit all the let out visits in, or that we will be earning a grand total of £30 today. We put everything we have into our jobs to give the best care we could possibly give to all of the animals we love ❤️ vans are expensive, crash tested crates are expensive , but all worth it to keep them safe 🐾 in less words - appreciate your dog walkers in the heatwaves , the rainstorms, the snow ! 🫶🐾✨️

I'd just like to pay tribute to my boy Toby who fell asleep two years ago today 💔

He was so so much more than a dog, he was my best boy and a big part of our family.

The time we shared was one of the greatest gifts of my life.

I hope he knew how deeply he was ...and still is .... loved and hope that I gave him a life filled with the same happiness and love he gave us.

Happy Happy Monday 💙

Unfortunately it's not such a happy one today as we've had some really sad news.
Our beautiful Coco has crossed over the rainbow 🌈 bridge 💔.
Coco was one of my first dogs and I instantly fell in love with her. She was such a pleasure to walk and spend time with. We went on lots of adventures and she's left me with lots of happy memories.
She's stayed with us a few times and everyone loved her.
It was honestly such a privilege and pleasure to get to know her and I personally want to thank Leanne for trusting me with her.
She was such a special girl and I ll miss her very much.
My thoughts are with Coco's family 🐾
