We are all back and slowly recovering after another epic and very busy weekend of flyball down in Thirsk, hosted by Geordie Racers Flyball Teams! Thank you for an amazing show, we loved the venue and had a great time! Congratulations as well to all who qualified for Crufts!
We had so many amazing moments and progression throughout the weekend, but first up, making her debut into racing in LL Singles, we had Abi!
Abi makes a lot of work for Anne: shes as strong as a horse, shes completely nuts and is a retriever in all sense of the word!
But she absolutely rocked her LL Singles slot. Not only did she earn a well deserved 2nd place rosette, she also earned the Quinn Award for Most Improved!
Abi has worked super hard on her box, for such a big dog and one who loves a ball a LOT, we had to make sure it was safe. She has also worked hard on finding a reward that works. Best not to ask Anne how many tugs shes bought to try and find one she likes, but, thankfully, they now have a reward system that works and the progression in the last couple of months has been amazing!
Well done Abi and Anne on an awesome debut! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
