WHAT THE FREQ 💞

So I thought I’d explain a little more about what I actually do with my frequency technology, as there’s so much more to it than just scanning.

As many of you know, I’m passionate about energy, frequencies and how we can use them to support our own wellbeing and that of our animals.

One of my favourite tools is my AO Scan technology, and I absolutely love working with it.

There are so many different ways I can use it, and everything can be personalised to you or your animal.

Here’s just a few things I work with.

Sound doesn’t just reach a dog’s ears,it resonates through their entire nervous system. Every frequency carries a vibration that communicates directly with the brain and body, influencing mood, focus, and emotional balance.

When sound waves reach a dog’s auditory system, they activate neural pathways connected to the limbic system, the part of the brain that governs emotions, memory, and instinctive behaviour.

This is why certain tones can:

Regulate brainwave activity, slower rhythmic frequencies can help shift a dog’s brain into relaxed, restorative states, supporting calmness and emotional safety.

Influence the autonomic nervous system , gentle harmonic sounds can lower heart rate and reduce cortisol, easing anxiety or tension.

Support neurochemical balance, specific frequencies can stimulate serotonin and oxytocin release, deepening feelings of trust and connection.

Fireworks can be unsettling for our animals, so start preparing now.

For dogs, create a cosy safe space, walk before dark, close curtains and keep their familiar routine. Stay nearby and offer comfort at the right time. Always stay calm and use breath techniques.

For horses, keep their surroundings and routine familiar, check fencing and speak to neighbours about planned displays. Avoid sudden changes or bringing them into a stable they’re not used to.

If your animal becomes very frightened, speak to your vet early.

Your Monday Morning Oracle Card , BALANCE

Isn’t balance something we all want in life

This week’s card brings a lovely clear message about finding that balance in all aspects of our lives.

Where are your scales tipping too far one way, What are you doing too much of, or perhaps not enough of

Work and play, rest and activity, relationships and everyday life. It’s so easy to get caught up in everything that we forget to check in with ourselves.

Listen to what your body is telling you.

If you need to rest, find a way to rest. If you need to be more active, find a way to do more. It’s about finding what feels right for YOU.

As many of you know, I use The Balance Procedure in my everyday life to help me stay in balance, so today I’ll be keeping my orange diamond on top of my pack as a little reminder.

Remember, you have the ability to change anything at any time. Sometimes it’s just about recognising where those scales need a little adjusting.
