It's a very very sad day today. Luna hasn't been well for some time. Through the weeks she maintained her spirit, always trying to do things, even if at a much reduced pace.

As someone said today she was the happiest dog ever. Sadly over the past couple of days it seemed to get the better of her and she passed away at lunch time. Already hugely missed. We have a massive hole in our lives but a lot of beautiful memories.

This little video may seem unremarkable but it has cheered me up so much. Sorry to say Luna has been very poorly for the last couple of months. She has had an ultrasound scan, CT scan, and various assorted tests. None of which have definitively diagnosed what the issue is. It's probably either a deep seated infection in her muscles or a defective autoimmune system. Either way she has been very ill. Now on steroids, painkillers and antibiotics she is improving so it is a delight to see her up and about even if we didn't really get that far.
