These old girth straps were in need of a little attention. They had stretched badly, had some extra holes and didn’t match up anymore plus the webbing on the point straps was wearing away!

Point straps taken off as they’re not needed anymore and a switch from old dressage length straps to shiny new gp length straps 🙌🏻

Back into the swing of things today - hope everyone had a lovely bank holiday weekend off!

All go currently in the workshop with repairs and bespoke work today and for the rest of this week. New September embroidery offer will be coming soon too 🙌🏻

I’m hoping to take off a week/ couple of days mid September so will be keeping new orders steady until then so I can make sure everything is done before - books are completely open for after 20th for repairs, bespoke and embroidery is which is the perfect time to start thinking about the big C for gifts 🎁 🎅

I’m a bit late in posting but started off doing these stable guards and rug holders this week ready for their away show debut this week!

Stall guard embroidered with name and sponsors 🙌🏻 and I enlisted my mums help this week too to make the rug hanger ‘tea cozy’ as we called it which also got embroidered and looks super smart matching the stall guard! And then an extra little numnah added in there for good luck too!

First bespoke finished this week is this set of knee boots 🐴

Not something I’ve made before but I’ve used plenty in my childhood of hacking round the lanes so I was grateful to have an old set to take a pattern from and just adapt bigger for the horse they’ve been made for.

Now onto bridle making 💪🏻
