Summer is officially on the way, which means wildlife rescues across the UK are entering their busiest season of the year caring for hedgehogs and vulnerable hoglets. To lend a helping hand, our monthly giveaway is back!

This June, five incredible rescues will each win a Brambles bundle packed with nutritious food to keep their residents thriving:

Meet hetty 🦔❤️ she came in yesterday being found in the road during the day. She weighs 100g, no visible injuries so just the poo to put under the microscope to see if any parasites to treat. Updates to follow x

Meet moonie, he came in as found out during the day and as a regular in the finders garden knew something was wrong. Moonie is very active and quite a character causing mayhem within 2 hours of being here! 🙈🦔🤣

Say hello to cash, found in the road, finder put it in her car and it managed to get stuck in the console of the finders hire car🙈 (which was a qashqai, hence the name cash). Eventually my husband managed to get her out and she came into the hogspital. She is a big girl at 802g, full checks carried out so now just monitoring.

Please don’t buy these houses, the hedgehogs can get their spines stuck inside and then they get trapped.

Sad day, Woody passed away overnight 🦔😢 he was doing so well on his medication regime and nebuliser sessions. So cheeky and full of personality, we are really upset as is lottie she is very withdrawn and wouldnt eat brekky. I know he wont be the last i lose but it doesn't make it easier. Rest in peace gorgeous boy 🦔🦔❤️

Say hello to Woody 🦔❤️ he came in last night from crawley. He has a chest infection so on antibiotics and fluids. Trying to tempt him to eat but guess as feeling poorly he hasn't got much appetite right now. He is full of character and feisty when its medicine time 🙄 hopefully he will feel brighter soon x

Another one in from crawley. I dont know if male or female as wont uncurl so going gently as very dehydrated, malnourished and weak. 😔🦔

Gently heating up and subcut fluids, tried syringe oralade but not interested, so plenty tlc.
