Back to school isn't just a big change for children - it can be a big adjustment for pets too.

As the summer holidays come to an end, our pets often have to get used to quieter homes, new routines and spending more time on their own.

To help them settle back into the school routine:
🐾 Gradually reintroduce time alone
🧩 Keep them busy with enrichment toys and puzzle feeders
🚶 Stick to regular walks and feeding times
💙 Make time for quality cuddles and play before and after school.

🐕TAIL of the week🐕Jasper is a new patient of ours and needed lots of love to make him feel comfortable with his visits here 🫶. We wanted to make sure his experience with us was positive, friendly and at his pace! He needed some of his claws clipped 💅 so we used some calming tablets, plenty of patience and something else… (hint some of the photos give it away 🤭).

Cha (left) came in for a medication review and amazed us by growing in confidence throughout the appointment, helped along by a few well-earned treats. Togo (right) was visiting for annual boosters and was equally brilliant.
