Black cats don’t need a superstition. They need a chance. 🖤🐈‍⬛

They’re loving, playful, goofy, affectionate—and every bit as deserving of a forever home. 💜🧡
This Black Cat Awareness Month, help us break the stigma.

✨How Does a Meet & Greet Work?✨

Thinking about booking a cat sitter but wondering how to get started. Here’s what you can expect from me ☺️

A relaxed visit at your home 🏠
For all new clients I’ll arrange a convenient time for me to come and meet you and your cat(s) in their own familiar surroundings. In addition to this I will also send you a pet information form to complete 💻

Getting to know your cat 🐈‍⬛
Every cat is different! I’ll chat about their personality, routine, likes and dislikes, feeding times, medications (if needed), and anything else that helps me care for them properly.

Going through the details 📃
I’ll discuss things like feeding instructions, litter trays, where everything is kept, house access, vet details and what to do in case of an emergency/who to contact in the case of an emergency

Ask as many questions as you like!
The meet & greet is also your chance to get to know me, ask any questions and make sure you feel completely comfortable with your cat in my care. I am happy to show you my insurance certificates and proof of my DBS check.

The most important part:
It’s about making sure you and your cat feel happy and confident before the booking begins. No pressure, just a friendly chat and a chance for us all to meet☺️

If you’re looking for a reliable and caring cat sitter, feel free to send me a message to discuss ❤️

🎃 OCTOBER IS ALL ABOUT THE BLACK CATS🎃

Think black cats are just mysterious and magical? There’s so much more to them! 🖤

✨ Their fur isn’t always truly black — sunlight can reveal beautiful brown, chocolate, or rusty tones.

👀 Some black cats have stunning golden or copper eyes, creating that iconic black-cat look.

🧬 The gene for black fur is linked to genetics that may also help cats resist certain diseases.

🌙 Black cats have been associated with good luck in different cultures — the idea that they bring bad luck is only one small part of a much bigger history.

🐾 Every black cat has a unique personality. Their coat colour doesn’t determine whether they’re cuddly, playful, shy, or mischievous! Or in my case… an absolute a hole 😂😂😂😂

📸 They can be surprisingly tricky to photograph! Their dark fur can make it harder for cameras to capture their facial expressions and details.

🖤 And perhaps the most important fact…

Black cats are just as deserving of love, cuddles, and a forever home as any other cat. 🐾🏡

Shout out to my cat Pele, mums cat Benji and and all of the black cats who I’ve had the pleasure of caring for in my time ❤️
