New shoes for best boy Kasper!! 💙🩵💙 ( thank you Wayne Preece) So delighted with how this young man is coming on. We had another successful outing last week, gaining more confidence and getting 2 fab scores at advanced medium.

Wow !! How amazing were the British Dressage riders at Aachen? 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧. A fabulous few days of competition with fantastic horses beautifully trained and ridden - and bringing home a team silver medal!! 🥈🥈🥈🥈. Glamourdale and Lottie Fry were just spectacular worthy World Champions!! 💫💫💫Congratulations to all involved 🥳🥳 - what a team! 😎😎😎😎🦄🦄🦄🦄

I had a fantastic, inspiring day at Pencoed Campus attending the BD technical training day for coaches and judges. Massive thanks to Harry Payne and Hannah Moody for making the day so enjoyable and sharing some of their vast knowledge and expertise. Special praise has to go to the wonderful demo riders and their beautiful horses. Thanks BD Wales looking forward to the next one xx

So pleased with Kasper O yesterday at our first regionals together. Massive thanks to Steve Tolley for letting me ride his gorgeous boy and also to Emma Slater who literally saved the day by very kindly taking us in her lorry😍

One of the reasons I love Dressage is because it is one of those sports where you can keep improving, keep learning and appreciating the complexity and beauty of balance and harmony. Even as I get older, its still exhilarating to experience bits of the jigsaw falling into place whether its me, my horse or someone I am coaching.
