Facts 💯

Raise your hand if your dog is your therapist! 🙋‍♀️🐕 It’s Dog Therapy Appreciation Day AND National Pet Day, and we think that’s the perfect excuse for some extra Saturday night cuddles.

Our dogs provide the kind of therapy that money can't buy. They listen without judgment, love without condition, and always know how to make everything feel just a little bit better.

Let's flood the feed with some "Dog Therapy"—post a photo of your therapy-giver below! 📸👇

We totally agree with you and understand how this feels Anne The Paw Club for our clients.
Thank you for the reminder that each time a client trusts us with the canine what they're actually doing is sharing a piece of their heart with us. That's a real honour and privilege that comes with a responsibility we take seriously.

Dog boarding is much more than just caring for another person's dog.

We're really happy to hear how justice has finally prevailed during years if not decades of misrepresentation in the sales and marketing of as being “safe” and “humane.”

We remain optimistic this will significantly reduce and ideally stop the use of these inhuman devices.

A recent U.S. class action (Hernandez v. Radio Systems Corporation) has resulted in compensation for consumers after claims that e-collars were misrepresented in sales and marketing as “safe” and “humane.” The complaint also outlined that such devices can cause both physical injury and psychological harm to dogs. Details are in the link below.

At the UK Dog Behaviour & Training Charter, we uphold a strict no-shock collar and non-aversive policy. Training should build trust, promote wellbeing, and respect the dog’s experience, not rely on pain, fear, or coercion.

If you’re looking for humane, ethical training support that puts the emotional wellbeing of your pet first, you can find qualified professionals through our Charter member organisations and their members, who are all committed to kind, science-led methods.

Let’s keep bringing out the best in dogs through kindness, clarity, and care.
