Fireworks season is fast approaching so it’s important we know how to keep our pets safe during this time!

🎆 Create a safe space or a den in the house for your dog or cat to hide in
🎇 Keep doors and windows (as well as cat flaps!) closed so your furry friends can’t escape if they get spooked
🎆 Ensure your pet is microchipped and their details are up to date incase they manage to escape
🎇 Walk your dogs earlier in the day, before the fireworks are likely to start
🎆 Keep your pets company, staying calm and distracting them with toys, but don’t force them to interact if they aren’t up for it !
🎇 Consider using a pet calming spray or diffuser around the house (such as Feliway or Pet Remedy)

We hope you all enjoy the fireworks and that your little friends are as safe as can be. Please consult your vet if you have any concerns regarding your pets reactions to the fireworks and we will do our best to help you !
