Neutrality is one of the most useful things a dog can learn.
It means helping them move through the world without feeling the need to react, rush over, bark, pull, fixate or say hello to every dog they see.
For many dogs, constant interaction is too much.
A calmer aim is learning to notice the world and keep going. To pass another dog with space. To recover after a distraction. To feel safer in everyday environments.
That is why neutrality is such an important part of how we work at LNC Canine Club.
It supports confidence and safety and it helps dogs and owners feel less tense on walks.
If your dog struggles around other dogs, people, traffic or busy environments, neutrality work may be a helpful part of their support.
