Early morning dog walks with this lot!

Walking this beautiful girl for the last two weeks has been the best thing for me personally as I have not really been able to walk Willow. However, the most important thing was that she learnt to trust me. This beautiful girl is very timid but once she let her barriers down and she realised I was a safe space for her (having to take her to the vets didn’t help with the trust!!), we became the best of friends. Also though this isn’t a permanent arrangement, I look forward to getting to walk her again and in such a beautiful location 🥰🥰

It’s been an up and down week and half with Willow which is why I have been a bit quiet on socials but we are definitely on the downhill slope now to full recovery. What started out as a routine lump removal followed by a wound infection, actually was a nasty sarcoma removal. For the first week I couldn’t leave her for long, if at all but everything is healing, just very slowly!! Animals that we bring into our home become family and I wouldn’t have it any other way!! Willow is my inspiration on why I started

This photo shows why I love this job so much! Due to the heat, we are not walking but this dog is safe and happy (also making me laugh out in the process) and that’s my main priority 🐾🥰
