This post is long overdue to introduce you to the class of 2026. It should have been four names I reeled off but we unfortunately had to send Teaser, Georgina’s little filly, over the rainbow bridge when she had a freak accident in the field. We have been incredibly lucky over the last 7 years, yes there have been cuts and bumps, vets visits, drama at foaling but we had until that day never lost a foal, it is the worst thing to go through and as a result it has rather tarnished the pleasure we always get of seeing them in the field, knowing there should be four. Hopefully at some point it will get easier.

Griffin, DF Cevin’s Proposal , was a little miffed he did not get a mention in my last post. So here is one just for him.
Griff has been a busy boy jumping at Hickstead, Felbridge, Golden Cross and Pyecombe, making the Newcomers look easy, and had already got his double clears for the year. Very proud of him.

Really proud of Lily, DF Silver Lynx coming 4th in the Go BE 90 at Blindley Heath yesterday , it was sweltering , and Dragon , DF Liberty’s Prince just out of the top ten in the 100, jumping a lovely clear XC with time. Thank you Blindley Heath and all the volunteers.

Feeling very proud, little Lily made it to Babminton for the Burghley Young Event Horse 5 year old class. Lots of firsts for her, first time travelling so far from home, first time doing dressage and jumping on grass and she took it all like a pro not fazed by the huge atmosphere an absolute pleasure to take out. Thank you Duncan Morgan Eventing for producing her and Georgina Morgan for turning her out so beautifully and acting groom.
