Do you need to talk about the loss of your pet ? You have so many questions but still people will tell you that time is a great healer, you can always get another one, why are you still upset its just a dog. These statements are not helpful when grieving the loss of your pet. They are trying to help but it just makes things worse so you don't talk about it. We can talk though. I am here to help you through your grief and loss of your beloved pet. We grieve for all of them, dogs,cats,horses,hamsters,rabbits,Guinea pigs, snakes,lizards and so on. It’s hard to make sense of it all as they are only here for a short while. 🙁.
We also grieve for all the wildlife affected by the wildfires, they lost their lives their homes and their habitat. Such a sad time😢 .

I hope you are managing to keep your pets cool in this very very hot weather. Its so easy to assume they are ok but please check temps everyday and adjust things accordingly to help them through the heat and discomfort. Overheating can happen all to quickly and sometimes its too late. Follow the advice, I won't repeat it but please be aware. 🐾🐾🌈

It’s not just a dog or cat or bird or rabbit it is your pet. The pet you love and care for. You feed and cuddle and take for walks. Who is always there listening and happy to be with you. Then when their time comes and they pass your heart and arms are empty. Making any kind of sense of the grief you feel can be difficult especially if you are told, time will heal, it’s only a pet you will get over it, you can always get another one.
