Paws & Pals is relocation to the Ards Peninsula. I want to thank all my clients and doggy friends in the ABC area for all the joy you have brought over these last 15 years.

I'll still be operational and would love to see you again but I do appreciate it is a fair drive.

I look forward to welcoming new Paw friends looking for their perfect getaway whilst their humans are on hols. WhatsApp me for further details.

When the postman delivers mail, that is not bills!!
This was a lovely surprise today. My heart melted at the thought that went into making this card, the beautiful message and the cost to post it. Postage ain't cheap!
Thank you Linda from the bottom of my heart. I'm truly touched. Noah was a pleasure to look after and I look forward to his next stay with Paws & Pals 🥰❤️🐶❤️🥰❤️🐶❤️🥰

As the temps increase this week, take heed to protect your furry loved ones ❤️

🥵☀️ HEAT STROKE ☀️🥵

**PLEASE READ - Heat stroke is a very serious issue so if your unsure of symptoms or what to do, please read below ** 💪🏼

Symptoms include;

⚠️Heavy panting
⚠️Excessive drooling
⚠️Vomiting
⚠️Collapse/staggering
⚠️Seizures
⚠️Diarrhoea
⚠️Increased breathing rate

What do I do if I suspect heatstroke?
✔️Move your dog to a shaded area
✔️Place a cool fan infront of them
✔️ Offer a cool supply of water ( not freezing water as this could cause shock)!
✔️ Take your dog to your vet ASAP! As this is is an emergency situation, do not delay in getting veterinary treatment. Phone ahead so treatment can begin as soon as you arrive at the clinic ✅

How to avoid heatstroke 👇
👉🏼 Walk your dogs early morning or last thing at night when the sun isn’t out
👉🏼Make sure they always have access to shaded areas and cool water to drink or dip into
👉🏼NEVER walk your dog on a hot surface
👉🏼Avoid travelling with your dog on a hot day
👉🏼 Consider getting your dog clipped
