You’ve got to love working with fancy movers 😍
Using bum bands to help with activating the core and hind end 🏃🏼 One of the bands had slipped up slightly thanks to some excited bucks just before the video 🙈 Side reins used to prevent the head lifting too high and creating a hollow outline (if you look closely you can see they’re not tight 😉), and a simple breastplate to keep the roller in place. Safe to say the bum bands were working their magic!
