🚨🚨LETS FIND RINGO A HOME🚨🚨

Ringo is an approx 4 year old male German Spitz looking for his forever home. He is extremely dog social, environmentally confident, active and highly food motivated. He loves nothing more than long walks in the company of other dogs. His forever home must have:
- no children
- at least 1 confident and balanced adult dog (any size)
- an owner who's dogs are a passion/hobby not just keeping house dogs
- an active outdoors lifestyle
- knowledge of dog behaviour and training and willing to continue working with trainer if needed (foster home is trainer and will provide this for free)
- on going management using a crate/kennel daily

Ringo is NOT the kind of dog who:
- is going to be cuddled up on the sofa with you
- sleep on your bed
- free roam around the house/garden
- go for short walks around the block

If you are looking for this kind of house pet, please do not consider Ringo.

Ringo has a history of using aggression and has a bite history. He has resource guarded food, bowls, toys, space and random objects - resulting in bites. He has also bitten at the groomers and when being handled.

With correct management, handling, boundaries and relationship with him he has no bites in his foster home.

Ringo can be unsure of men if approached suddenly by an unknown man. He is not bothered by men being around him in public, walking by them or meeting if introduced properly.

Ringo will be a great prospect for high level obedience, agility and other dog sports.

Ringo's foster owner is looking to build a relationship with a potential adopter to ensure he finds the right forever home.

Please WhatsApp only on 07464976091 if you meet the rehoming criteria.

🚨🚨UPDATE🚨🚨

Rocky has been adopted. We want to wish Rocky and his new owners the very best of luck on their new journey together 🐾

After over a year of our rehoming service we have had a long think and have decided that once we find suitable homes for Zara and Elsie, we are going to close our rehoming service and our rehoming service page. Our aim was to rehabilitate dogs that were refused help from everywhere else, help release their full potential and make them good pets so they can find suitable homes but finding any sort of funding just to help feed them is becoming near impossible so financially we won't be able to carry on. We will keep our page open until we find homes for Zara and Elsie. We want to thank everyone who had supported us throughout this journey. There is no better feeling than seeing dogs so happy with their new owners. The process can be long and extremely stressful but the results make it worth it 🐾

This is a bit of a long video but I want people to see the potential in Levi. Levi is looking for a new home due to a massive change in circumstances. Levi is a 2 years old border collie and he is such a great dog. He can be a bit reactive to dogs and people although it can be easily helped. He isn't aggressive, doesn't chase cars or anything like that and has no bite history. He can be a bit fearful when strangers come into the house but just gives a couple of barks and hides in the back of his crate until a ball comes out then becomes your best friend. He can live with other dogs but it depends on the other dog and would need to meet beforehand in a controlled environment. He hasn't lived with any other pets so not sure how he'd be. He hasn't been around kids either so not sure how he would be with kids so might be best if he does go to a family that the kids are older. He doesn't travel well in the car so if travelling somewhere it would be best to not feed him before as he'll just bring it up.

Like any dog you bring in you should always train the dog for your lifestyle so it's always best to get a trainer. Levi is really easy to work with so whoever is interested in him, depending where they stay I can recommend a good trainer or can offer a couple of sessions myself to which I will do free of charge.

He stayed with me for 2 days so I could get videos together to show his potential. He is such a great boy.

If you are interested or know someone that is then please send us a message. If not then please share this post. Lets find Levi a home 🐾

Can we help to find Levi a new home. Levi is a border collie, 2 years old and due to a change of circumstances his owners have made the difficult decision to better Levi's quality of life that it would be best to find Levi a new home.

Levi can be reactive to dogs, people and can be a bit fearful when meeting new people in the house. He won't bite, he will just bark and hide in his crate however if you bring a ball out he will be your best friend. He is a sweet boy and if we had space I would have taken him.

He just needs a little bit of training with a decent trainer but I can recommend trainers that I know can help him whether it be myself or someone else.

If you are interested can you please send us a DM and if you are not then can you please share this post so we can find Levi a suitable home 🐾

He has never lived with any other pets and only been around a new born. He has never been around toddlers or kids

🛎 IMPORTANT INFORMATION 🛎

We will no longer be posting any dogs that need rehomed on behalf of anyone. The only dogs we will be posting are our own rehoming dogs or dogs we know and we have assessed.
We will not be posting dogs we don't know and just taking someones word about the dogs behaviour and temperament 🐾

15/04/2026

I'm just putting this up to let everyone know that when we put a post up starting with
"🚨🚨URGENT🚨🚨"
the dog we are posting about isn't directly from us. We have either been contacted by another shelter, foster or an owner. The information we give is what has been given to us. Anyone that is interested we pass their numbers over to either the owner or whoever is rehoming the dog. That is as far as our involvement goes. The best advice I can give is anyone interested in a dog we are posting on behalf of someone is to go meet the dog and go for a walk with the owner and dog so you can see what issues the dog has and make sure the dog is suited to your lifestyle. Any dogs that are coming directly from us there will be a process where we meet you, then arrange for you to meet the dog, then we will meet a couple more times with the dog in different environments including your home and we train the dog for your lifestyle.

We always get a bit of hate when we put up our Just Giving to try to get help with dogs we are rehoming but just let me explain.

We have a dog we haven't put up yet, she is another lovely GSD and very sweet. No other charity or shelter would take her in (surprise surprise). One of her issues is she can't go to a vets without having to be sedated. Now to fix the issue I need to get her in an environment where she needs to go on a table and have someone be able to inspect her. So for this I took her to a groomer to practice getting her on the table and having the groomer just touch her back, sides and underneath her. This costs money but on this occassion Tailsdoggrooming kindly donated her time to help the dog in question. Now the issue isn't fixed yet, I will need to do it once or twice more. Training costs money and we don't take dogs in and hand them to new owners the way we get them, we train them to cope with everyday life that most dogs find stressful. We also need to pay for their vaccinations, insurance, food, grooming, flea/worming. Some dogs we get in, their owners cover their food, vaccinations etc but most don't. It usually comes out of our own pockets. We do get food donated and we get some money donated to our Just Giving page which does help us but we still need to put our own money towards the bills. So before anyone wants to give us hate for trying to raise money to help dogs we are rehoming just remember, these are dogs no one else wanted to take because they wouldn't be able to quickly rehome and make money from. Even our rehoming fee is way less than everywhere else because it isn't about making money off of them or getting rich, it's about helping them get a life they deserve. Why? Because these dogs need someone to fight their corner for them.

I will post videos of Zara of what the money gets used for so everyone can get more of an insight to what we actually do with the dogs. We also give the new owners hours of free sessions to make sure the dog listens to them, to make sure they are compatible and to train the dog for their lifestyle. The dogs aren't as limited to where they can go like they would be with charities and most other shelters 🐾
