I just want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding after all the drama with the van….

It’s honestly been one of the most stressful weeks of my life trying to arrange a new van ASAP and get cages fitted. there’s been blood, sweat, A LOT of tears, 10 migraines and about 4 mental breakdowns 😂😭 As a small business, unexpected things like this have a much bigger knock-on effect than people probably realise, so everyone being so understanding has genuinely made a huge difference.

But I’m looking at it glass half full…no humans or dogs were hurt in the crash and that’s the main thing. Vans can be replaced. ❤️

We were really lucky to find another supplier who could provide crash-tested cages at short notice. The crash definitely put into perspective just how important these are! Driving to Birmingham for them wasn’t ideal, but I wasn’t willing to transport anyone’s dogs without the proper safe cages fitted. Your dogs’ safety will always come before convenience, cost or anything else. 🐾

Also, a massive thank you to everyone who’s been off with the kids or working from home and has cancelled walks where they can. It’s taken a little bit of weight off my shoulders while I’m juggling everything, and I really appreciate it. ❤️

We collect the new van on 4th September 🎉 Until then, I’ll be working out of the Volvo and trying my absolute best to keep collection and drop-off times as close to normal as possible.

Thank you again for bearing with me …we’re nearly back to normal! 🐶🚐❤️ I’m due some luck 🍀

Hi everyone,

The great news is I’m picking up my new van tomorrow! However is it’s going to Manchester for 10 days to have new crates custom fit.

This means I’ll be in the car all of next week. Not ideal but I’m over the moon it’s all sorted. If your home and don’t need walks please let me know as I’ll be working 12 hour days next week. (Due to smaller groups)
