Hi everyone,
Here's a quick video showing you how to use the new booking system, the link is available in the comments.
A couple of things I forgot to mention,
• IMPORTANT please double check I have entered the correct address for you.
• Since making this video I’ve sorted the services into coat types, please select the right one for your dog.
• If you're a client who still comes to me because I can't travel to your location, I've already saved my address as your appointment address, so there's no need to enter your own.
• If you're travelling to a different address so I can groom your dog there, please enter the address where the appointment will actually take place, rather than your home address.
• When entering your dog's weight, please be as accurate as possible, as this determines which services are available to book.
You can also book appointments up to 6 months in advance, so please feel free to do that. If you're on a regular schedule of every 6 weeks or less, I'd recommend keeping at least two appointments booked in advance. This helps make sure you get the dates and times that suit you best.
Still only existing clients currently at this time please, as soon as I am able to take on new clients I will work through my waiting list first and then open to everyone.

Hi everyone,
I’ve got two updates for you all...

Firstly, the exciting news! 🎉
I’ll be collecting my new van during the week commencing 27th July, and after getting everything set up, I’ll be visiting you in it from the week commencing 10th August. I honestly can’t wait for you all to see it!

Secondly, I’m currently setting up a new booking system.
If you already have appointments booked, I’ll transfer these into the new system for you. You may just need to update a few details that I’m unable to fill in myself. If you receive appointment reminders from a different number to my usual one, don’t worry, that’s just the new system. When you receive the confirmation message, please click to confirm your appointment.
The system will send two reminders:
* One 4 days before your appointment, asking you to confirm.
* One the morning before your appointment as a reminder.

If you don’t currently have an appointment booked, please bear with me while I transfer all my existing bookings and get the calendar fully up to date. Once everything is ready, I’ll share a QR code so you can book your appointments online.
At the moment, booking will be available to existing clients only. Once I’m fully up and running with the mobile salon, I’ll begin accepting new clients. I’ll work through my waiting list first before opening bookings to everyone else.
I’ll also be recording a short video showing you how to use the new booking system. It’s very straightforward, but I thought it would be helpful to talk you through it.

Finally, I know I’ve been a little quiet on social media recently. I’ve been working hard behind the scenes getting everything ready for the new mobile salon while still working full-time in the current salon, so social media has had to take a back seat for a little while. I promise you’ll soon be seeing lots more of your gorgeous dogs on here again!

Hi everyone,
Just a little update — I’m taking a short break, so the salon will be closed from May 19th and reopening on May 26th.
Any calls or messages received during this time will be replied to as soon as I return 🤍
My booking website is currently down while I work on updating it, but if any existing clients need to book an appointment, please just pop me a message and I’ll get back to you.

I know I haven’t posted on my socials for a while, and I’m sure you’ve missed seeing your gorgeous dogs on the page 🐶 I’ve missed sharing my work with you all too, and I’ll be posting much more again when I’m back.

There are a lot of changes happening for me at the moment, so I just wanted to say a huge thank you to every single one of my clients. You’ve all been so understanding and supportive, and I really am lucky to have the best clients.

Hi everyone,
I have an exciting update to share ✨
Due to personal circumstances, from July (exact date TBC), I will no longer be operating from my home salon. Instead, I will be taking Wags to Riches Grooming Co. fully mobile! 🚐🐾
This means I’ll be bringing the same calm, 1-1 grooming experience your dogs are used to, just right to your doorstep.
My van is currently being professionally converted into a fully equipped mobile salon, and I can’t wait to show you all once its ready!
Alongside this change I’ve taken the opportunity to rebrand slightly so it better reflects the service and values behind Wags to Riches Grooming Co.
With the move to mobile there will be a few updates:
New working hours (from July):
Monday: 8am - 4pm
Tuesday 8am - 4pm
Wednesday 10am - 6pm
Thursday 8am - 4pm
Friday 8am - 2pm
I will no longer be working Saturdays. I’m really sorry if this affects you, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you on an alternative day, please feel free to message me to arrange this.
There will also be a small price increase of £5-£10 per service, effective from may 1st. If you’d like an updated price for your dog, just drop me a message and I’ll be happy to help.
As this is a completely new way of working for me, there may be a short adjustment period while I get everything running smoothly. Thank you so much for your patience, support and understanding during this transition, it truly means a lot.
I’m so excited for this next chapter and to continue caring for your lovely dogs in a more convenient way for you all. I’ll keep you updated on the van progress and share a full tour as soon as I can!
