This face says it ALL! 🐶❤️

Our favourite photo of the year, captured during a recent visit Ramoth Pet Retreat.

Just look at that face. Pure happiness, not a care in the world, and living their very best life!

If this isn’t the definition of a happy dog, we don’t know what is.

This photo has stolen our hearts!

🍎 BEECHES FARM APPLE JUICE IS HERE! 🍎

Something a little bit special has arrived at Beeches Farm. Six years ago, friends and family planted our apple trees, and every autumn we’ve watched them grow, blossom and produce more and more apples.

This year we had our biggest harvest yet, so we’ve got almost 90 bottles of our very own Beeches Farm apple juice, made for us again by Craigie’s Farm.

And honestly… it’s delicious! 🍏

It’s fresh, naturally sweet and packed with the flavour of our own apples. Early tasters have already compared it to a lovely cloudy apple juice you’d expect to find at a good farm shop.

We’re now selling bottles for £4.75 each. With any profit being given to our local hedgehog 🦔 rescue centre our 2026 charity of choice.

If you’d like to try a bottle or two, ideal for Christmas giftsjust drop us a message to reserve yours. We can arrange collection from Beeches Farm, and if you’re visiting Archie’s Dog Acres, we are just along from there.

The juice unopened lasts for 1-ywar and on opening recommend to consume within 5 days, it never remains in the fridge for more than a few days here!

Once these 90 bottles are gone, that’s it until next year!

🍎 Grown at Beeches Farm
🍏 Pressed at Craigie’s Farm
🥂 Made with our own apples
🐾 Available from Archie’s Dog Acres

Support local, drink local and enjoy a little taste of Beeches Farm.

So nice to see dogs and humans enjoying the sunshine today. The good news is we have some more of the yellow 🌞 tomorrow and there are a few spaces available 🐾 using some photos from the same day last year which looks like it was dry and sunny 🐶

THE AUTUMN DOG TEST 🍂🐶

Which one is your dog?

A. Runs straight through every puddle 💦
B. Finds the muddiest bit of the field
C. Chases leaves like they’re prey
D. Refuses to get their paws wet
E. All of the above, depending on the day 😂

Whatever the weather, there’s something about autumn that seems to give dogs even more reason to get outside.

Fresh air. New smells. Leaves everywhere. Plenty to investigate.

Which one is your dog? Tell us their letter below 👇 or even better show us a photo of what autumnal dog(s) you have 🐾

It’s been a little while since we’ve popped up on your feed, so we thought it was about time we said hello! 🐾

Archie’s Dog Acres has been busy behind the scenes, even if we haven’t been quite so busy on social media. The field is still here, the views are still gorgeous, the grass is growing at an impressive rate and the dogs are still having the best time doing what dogs do best.

Sniffing. Exploring. Running. Rolling. And generally forgetting all about the humans for an hour! 😂

For those who haven’t visited us yet, Archie’s Dog Acres is our 5-acre dog field in Braehead, Lanark with plenty of space to run, sniff and explore in your own time.

And for all our regulars, thank you for continuingwith your visits. We love seeing the photos and hearing how much your dogs enjoy their visits.

If you’re overdue a visit, you know where to find us. 🐶🌿

Can you help us find the owner of this male springer spaniel?

He was found near Tinto Hill carpark in the early hours of this morning.

Chipped but details of owner not available.

He’s being looked after by vets while we try to trace his owner.

Any information, please call 101 quoting reference 0292 of 9 August.

Today Luna put our brand new see-saw to the test, and she absolutely nailed it!

With the Germans providing plenty of encouragement (and moral support from the sidelines!) It’s always lovely to watch dogs work things out in their own time and celebrate those little wins.

We have also added some new agility jumps.

These moments are exactly what Archie’s Acres is all about. Building confidence, having fun, making friends, and giving dogs the freedom to learn, play and simply enjoy being dogs.

We think Luna might have found her new favourite piece of equipment. What do you think? 💚 Benboee Dog Walking & Pet Services
