🥙 A little mid-morning treat at daycare!🐾

Yesterday, I shared my mid-morning snack with the dogs, a little plain tortilla with plain cream cheese. A small taste of something different before we settled down for our nap time! 😊

Both were plain, unseasoned ingredients, and the dogs only had a little taste. As with any extra treat, portions matter, and cream cheese is best kept to an occasional small amount.

While the dogs enjoyed their well-earned rest, I took the opportunity to have a haircut! ✂️🐶

A little snack, a peaceful nap and a bit of self-care all part of life at Spring Rise! 💗

🐀 🐁After trying to catch mice, dig holes and some well matched play.....it was time to snooze!

✨️ The weekend went a bit like this....

The wind was definitely in their tails today! 💨🐾

The dogs were full of silliness, having fun, playing, sniffing and generally making the most of their day at daycare. 😂🐶

🌿🐾 The Scentventures Snuffle Spot is getting a makeover!

Lee spent a couple of mornings upgrading the Snuffle Spot with some lovely new pet-friendly AstroTurf, making it an even better space for sniffing, exploring and enrichment.

There’s still a few pieces of fun equipment to add, but we’re nearly there! 👀

It’s all about creating an interesting little space where dogs can take their time, use their noses, explore and make their own choices.

More to come… 🐾🌿

🐾 6 October at Spring Rise

A busy but lovely day at daycare. The dogs enjoyed their usual mix of playing, sniffing and exploring in the field and garden, with plenty of time to just be dogs.

We also fitted in some staff training and successfully completed Spring Rise Pet First Aid Course - Spring Rise (ProTraining Apprved) certificate and all! 📜🐾

Tilly, however, was less than impressed with the Stuffy’s we use for bandage practice. She clearly felt they had suffered enough injuries already! 😂

Another day with dogs and a first-aid training along the way. ❤️
