Following on from Louise's post I shared earlier about supporting local business. It's a very difficult time for many small, local businesses just now for a variety of reasons. I know I'm studying it but I won't get too political on my page, we all know the struggles many are having just now.

So here are a few of my favourites, people I use and friends who are brilliant at what they do. Please feel free to add your own small business to the comments and share this post to your own page. Let's all help each other keep going.

As I've seen often on FB, if you pay a small business you're putting food on the table for a family, heating their homes, clothing them, letting them have a more comfortable life. Give to a large multi national and you're helping buy some billionaires latest yacht. I know we can't avoid this completely but every little really does help and make us smile!

We all love nothing more than a new client or a return booking πŸ’ž

Now is a good time to think about animal reiki to help your furry friends cope better with fireworks season.

Reiki is cumulative so it is worth starting soon to give them the best chance to be calmer πŸ’ž

Happy Friday! Hope everyone has some lovely plans for the weekend, whether it's a busy time or just relaxing, whatever you need. I have a busy day tomorrow with yoga, a loch swim and a couple of pup visits while her hooman goes to a wedding. Sunday will be catching up or chilling out and the gym with my daughter. And of course a daily walk with my own boy.

Whatever you're up to, have an amazing weekend and hope the rain stays away! πŸ’ž

My appointments are already filling up for the first couple of weeks, why not book in and try this amazing, relaxing therapy!

Our feet work so hard day in, day out and we often take them for granted. They take us everywhere we want to go, sometimes in ill fitting footwear (I'm sure most of us have done this!). So how should we look after our feet? Of course a regular reflexology treatment would be lovely, relaxing and improve circulation and so much more.

But what can you do at home to look after your feet? I love nothing more than a home pedicure, a good old soak, foot scrub, foot cream and freshly painted nails. But there are other more regular things you can do to look after those hard working feet of yours.

🦢❀️
Wash your feet daily, also between your toes and ensure you dry them thoroughly.
🦢❀️
Moisturise your feet regularly
🦢❀️
Keep toenails short and cut straight across to prevent ingrown toenails
🦢❀️
Air your feet daily, try to wear cotton or wool socks when it's cooler
🦢❀️
See a podiatrist should you have any issues such as corns, verricae etc
🦢❀️
Massage your feet with a lovely lotion or cream or even better ask someone else to do it for you!

2 weeks today and I'll be at Little Kerse and joining Team Mhphysiotherapy!

Highly recommend Claire. Please carefully check who you use to train your dog.
