We are a stunning rural location on the banks of the river Teign the border of the Dartmoor National Park. Exclusively run by the May family for four generations and enjoying the tranquility at the heart of Devon. Excellent communications to the English Riviera beaches and coastline, plus a haven for walkers and cyclists alike with Haldon Forest Park 2 miles up the road. Open from April until October. All set for a glorious summer lazy dayz to just sit by the river and 'be'. Apparently the word is 'staycation' well whatever it is what better way to chill than immersed in the country life listening to the wildlife outside your tent or under your caravan as some of the tame badgers tend to be very nosey if you're very lucky the fox cubs will pay you a visit too.

The valley is looking glorious with the summer in full swing perfect for drifting down the river on a tractor inner tube. From that vantage point my father spotted a kingfisher last weekend and the otters are doing very well too. Bliss.
