🐾 Urban Social Walk – Kirkwall 🐾

Join us on Saturday 27th June at 9:30am for a relaxed and supportive Urban Social Walk around Kirkwall.

These walks are designed to help dogs and handlers build confidence in real-life environments while enjoying calm, positive experiences around other dogs and people.

Suitable for:
✔️ Sociable dogs
✔️ Adolescent dogs
✔️ Nervous or sensitive dogs
✔️ Dogs who have attended Reactive Dog Club
✔️ Dogs who have completed 1.2.1 reactivity training

This is not a “pack walk” where dogs are expected to interact with everyone. The focus is on calm walking, confidence building, engagement, and learning to feel comfortable around others at a distance that suits your dog.

Support and guidance will be provided throughout the walk, making it suitable for handlers of all experience levels too.

Scentwork Foundations course—perfect for complete beginners and their dogs!

This course is all about tapping into your dog’s natural sniffing abilities and building them into a confident searcher.

By the end of the 6 weeks, your dog will:
✨ Actively search for a target odour
✨ Work with confidence and independence
✨ Understand that staying at source = rewards!
