WE’RE HIRING! 🐾

Lead & Ramble is officially on the lookout for a reliable, confident dog walker to join the team.

🐾 What we’re looking for:
• Confident, calm and knowledgeable around dogs of all breeds and personalities
• Previous experience owning or working with dogs
• Friendly, reliable, trustworthy and punctual
• Comfortable walking up to 4 dogs in a group
• Happy working outdoors in all weather, rain or shine
• Confident taking quality photos and running a social media account
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for our wonderful clients
• Own vehicle and valid driving licence (vehicle must be ULEZ compliant)
• Local to Worcester Park, Ewell, Epsom & Ashtead

📅 Availability needed:
Monday – Friday
Approximately 9:30am–1:30pm, with additional hours available.

🐾 About the role:
• Paid per dog
• Optional additional weekday and weekend work available
• Self-employed position
• Support provided with DBS check and canine first aid training
• Ongoing support, learning and development

There is a clear opportunity to take on additional walks over time and grow into a larger role within Lead & Ramble, including further learning and development in training.

This is a long-term position, not a temporary role, and would suit someone genuinely passionate about dogs, welfare, and providing a high standard of care, and who wants to become part of a small, growing team.

Baxter has checked in for training walks! 🐾

Baxter already has some really nice foundations in place, so we’re building on those and taking his training to the next level.

We’ll be working on heelwork, recall, obedience and importantly, his ability to regulate his arousal and settle in different environments.

The goal is a reliable, well rounded boy who his owners can confidently take anywhere.

Can’t wait to see this progress 🐾
