Important Update Regarding Communication & Bookings 🐾

Hi everyone, a quick update from me!
As a solo business operating at full capacity, my primary focus during the day is giving every dog my undivided attention and a safe, calm environment. Because of the salon environment—including dryer noise and hands-on grooming—it is often difficult to answer phone calls while working.

To ensure you get the quickest response, messaging is always the best way to reach me.

Best Ways to Get in Touch:
WhatsApp & Text Messages
Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok Direct Messages

I regularly check and reply to these channels throughout the day. While I work late into the evenings, returning a high volume of missed phone calls after hours isn't always possible.

A Quick Note on Phone Calls:
Calls are answered whenever I am between appointments or free from hands-on grooming, but response times for phone inquiries will be slower. Recently, I’ve had a few instances where limited phone availability has caused frustration. Please be assured that I always want to help and will get back to every single inquiry as soon as I possibly can—messaging simply allows me to manage my time and keep the dogs safe.

Thank you all so much for your incredible support, patience, and understanding!

"A few sore heads today, but what a fantastic night at the Fermanagh Business Awards! 🙌🎉❤️

It was a true honour to be nominated alongside such incredible talent and to represent my business as a finalist. While we didn't take home the trophy this time, we had an unforgettable evening, made wonderful new friends, and loved catching up other friends there.

It’s amazing to see the dedication and hard work of everyone who was there last night and so proud to see the pet industry being recognized for the business awards, for all the hard work we put in, for alot of us it was our first year getting invited 🐾🫶

Some absolutely incredible people won and it shows by their dedication they put in 👏

I’ll be taking the weekend to recharge and look forward to seeing everyone back in the salon on Monday!"
