One of our riders is looking for their navy Softshell jacket. It has a hood and gloves in the pocket.
In the nice weather yesterday there was a pile of them left together and it could easily have been picked up mistakenly.
If you have it, please let us know and take it back.😊
Thank you

🐎Saddle up for Sue🐎

🏆The Sue Canton Memorial trophy has been awarded to Sophie, one of our Friday morning ladies, riding Lucie🐴

We had a great week as all the groups of ladies competed to win the trophy, but it was Sophie and Lucie that had the most points, and were fastest by only a couple of seconds!

Thank you to Lyn and Sarah for creating a course that was tricky enough, but most importantly enjoyable. All the riders had a smile on their face, especially when they received their “Saddle up for Sue” rosette at the end.🏵️

Everyone agreed that this kind of fun competition was something Sue would have been keen to participate in, but it was when her favourite horse Mattie completed his round that we really had a lump in our throat. 🐴

🏆Congratulations to Sophie and Lucie! 🏆
Who will win it next year…??😆

A sad day today as Callie went away home. We have had a great 3 years with her, doing everything from jumping in the field to RDA. Thank you for looking after all your riders Callie, you will be missed🐴

Spring has been busy. Lots of calves have been born, lambs cuddled, pony for a days and egg hunts in all weather 🌞☔️❄️ … along with Monarchs 28th birthday!

🎉Smashing it at 70!!🎈

I know, she doesn’t act it. But mum is 70 today!

She hikes up the fields to catch all the horses and tacks them up ready for you to ride, before teaching hour after hour. Her retirement from being a primary school teacher wasn’t much of a retirement! And not only with the horses, she runs about helping with the cows and sheep too. I joke that she must run on Duracell batteries😂

So no excuses when you can’t reach your stirrup. If the 70 year old can do it…😉
🥳Happy Birthday Heather🎂
