Meet Claire 👋🐾

If you’ve visited West Edinburgh Vets, you may already know Claire from our Client Care Team!

Claire has worked in veterinary for many years and loves nothing more than being around animals. At home, she has two cats Diego and Savannah, plus a tank of tropical fish 🐱🐠

When she’s not at the practice, Claire enjoys spending time with family and friends, going for a swim or a walk, and the occasional trip to the cinema.

We’re very lucky to have Claire on the team! 💙

Gus, the diabetic in remission! 🩷

Remission means Gus is currently maintaining normal blood glucose levels without insulin 🙌

However, his routine still matters! Keeping to his prescribed diet and consistent feeding schedule helps keep his blood glucose stable and reduces the risk of his diabetes returning 😼

Smaller incisions, smoother recovery ❤️‍🩹

Where appropriate, we offer keyhole surgery as a minimally invasive alternative to traditional procedures, helping to reduce discomfort and get pets back on their paws sooner 🐾
