A post for the kitties 🐱✨

August has been absolutely full of some of the most beautiful cats and kittens!! I've been lucky enough to care for a total of 27 cats this month 🫨 and honestly, they've all put such a smile on my face and been such a lovely addition to my days!

I'm well aware cats can be so different, from sassy queens, to nervous babes, to absolutely little fuss pots! There is honestly no better feeling than seeing a pet go from a nervous/shy character, to being so confident and loving after just a couple of visits 🥹

I'll be honest...this weeks been a bit of a rough ride 😅🤣

The dogs? no, they've been gorgeous as always! But my body has taken a bit of a hit all of a sudden, I haven't been feeling great. So far, 1 year and 9 months into this business, I'm pretty sure I haven't taken a day off sick would you believe, and Friday I thought I was gonna have to 😢 BUT, I powered on through and got the jobs done, I'm resting up as much as I can between jobs this weekend and next week is a much quieter week 😮‍💨 so I'm really hooping I'll soon be back to full strength 💪🏻

also those storms!!!! my WORD I was soaked through to the bone on Thursday 🤣 I'm really not looking forward to those days becoming a regular thing in the next few months 🤣

Even through illness and storms, your pets still put a big smile on my face every day, their love, their funny personalities, what a job to have 🥹

what a week 😻✨

this week has been FULL of cat pop ins, dog walks, and the ever changing British weather 🌦️🤣 you're probably sick of hearing it, but this has been my busiest week to date for sure! I'll never get sick of being greeted by all these gorgeous faces 🐾

I also welcomed another newbie doggo to the pack this week, Hugo! Hugo is a gorgeous 1 year old King Charles spaniel with the sweetest temperament, I'm really looking forward to spending more time with him 🐶

Next week is looking a tad less busy...I'm hoping to avoid any storms and enjoy lots of walks/visits with your furry family members 🤍

Narrowing it down to 10 pics this week has been DIFFICULT 🤣

it's been a super busy one again, with some new kitties, some of my adhoc pups and a brand new dog added to the Woofly gang (pic 1) Marley!! ❤️

navigating the heat this week has been rough (or should be say woof🤭) - it's been early mornings and long days with cat visits in the evening too, but honestly, I've really enjoyed it! I've been feeling super proud and positive about my business at the moment and can't believe how well it's doing, I love you all for choosing me 🥹

Another week at Woofly Pet Services ✔️

This week has really had its moments✨ Wednesday I arrived at Patrick’s house to find his parents home to which his mum answered the door saying “I’m so sorry I totally forgot to tell you, I’ve had the baby” 🥹🥹 I made sure to give Patrick some extra love and attention on his walk and a big brother pep talk, and then even got to meet their gorgeous 2 day old baby girl when we got back…honestly what an honour 🥹👩🏻‍🍼 a huge congratulations again to Melissa and Kamal 🤍

I’ve also had a couple of lovely meet and greets, one being a panicked father looking for last minute cat care for his daughters cats…I’ll be seeing those kitties tonight 🫡 I love being able to help people in a last minute panic! And with it being summer holidays I’ve had the chance of seeing a few other pet parents and having a good catch up with them!! Honestly love that I get to be a part of all your lives as well as your pets of course 🤍

Now this week I have 61 jobs on…yep, SIXTY ONE🤣🤣🤣 and my last day off with no jobs was the 6th of July🤣 I was having this convo with Maggie’s mum the other day…yes, I’m slightly nuts guys, but I love my job, and I’m doing all I can do now, before my well deserved holiday next month 🤩

There’s gonna be lots of new faces in the next few weeks, mainly new kitties! And a new doggo starting on Monday 😻🐾🐶 keep your eyes peeled on our stories to see all the beautiful faces!

Oh…and I thought that was it but one last thing - the WEATHER😭 it’s looking to be a scorcher again this coming week. Some jobs might have to be moved or changed to garden visits I’m afraid, I’ll always keep you updated if I have to move a walk, but any temps of 24 degrees or more your walk will likely be changed to a garden/home play 🏡 Thanks for your understanding!

Happy Sunday!

It’s been a funny week this week…it’s felt slightly less busy and we’ve seen a few of our less regular faces and also some kitties! I’ve got lots of cats booked in throughout August, some new faces and some that I’ve had the pleasure of caring for before, I can’t wait to spend my days feeding them dreamies and scratching their chins 🤭 and of course walking all the doggos too! I’ve got a special girly this next week who I haven’t seen for a whole year 🫨 can’t wait to see her again 🥹

Sorry but look at this MODEL behaviour 🤣📸😎

Ralph had to be main photo this week, he's such an intelligent boy and will do any tricks for a treat, which I took full advantage of getting him on the sunbed for a "lie down" and a "stay" with my sunglasses on, these photos had me giggling for a good ten mins 🤣 such a handsome clever boy 🖤

I've also been continuing lennox's training this week, where we've stopped for lots of praise and snuggles, I've had Bailey for a few days with some gorgeous early morning and late evening golden hour walkies, plus a couple of pop ins for Lenny and Rocky, a week of sunbathes with angel and wh***ey, short double daily strolls with Tilly and Ben, plus all my other gorgeous regular babes (too many to list but shoutout to all your gorgeous babes!!) 💓

Friday I said a goodbye (for now but not forever) to luna, with her parents become human parents they no longer require her regular walks. I was so touched to receive a gorgeous thank you card and gift from them, hopefully I'll get to see her again once she's settled into her big sister role 🥰

What a gorgeous week! 😻

I didn’t realise quite how much I did this week…I’ve just tallied it up, 53 jobs in total 😲 53 jobs in 7 days!! 🤣 Honestly it has not seemed like that much, but I’ve been in good spirits this week and when the job is as lovely as mine, some weeks it barely feels like “work” 🥹

We’ve seen lots of our usual pack as well as some of our more adhoc dogs and cats! I’ve loved seeing all their gorgeous faces, and actually being able to walk them a little more this week (and when I say a little, yeah a little 🤣 some days have still been far too hot) BUT we’ve dropped down from that silly 30 degree weather and fingers crossed it stays that way! ☀️

Unfortunately I can’t post pics of every one of those 53 jobs…but here are some of those gorgeous fur friends 💓

it's been another hot one!! 🥵

We've had a week of early walks or garden plays, treat bobbing, paddling pools, and lots of cuddles all around! I feel so sorry for the pets in this weather, we can moan about how hard it is, but I honestly can't imagine what its like in their fur coats too 😭

I am even busier next week with some overnight stays thrown in too, as well as my usual crew, and some extra adhoc's I get to see next weekend 😍

Also a little personal update for my clients...I'm looking at booking another holiday 🫣 I'm desperate for a week somewhere with a pool to fully switch off, as much as I adore my business (and I honestly couldn't love your pets more) sometimes the admin side of things and barely giving myself a full day off can get super draining, and i'm finding it difficult to get that work/life balance right at the moment if I'm super honest! Once I have found somewhere you'll all be updated with dates asap, and I do have another trusted dog walker I can fully recommend if it messes with your plans at all , hope you all understand 🫶🏻

ANYWAY, look at these beauties I got to spend my days with this week 🥹 I'm biased but I'm pretty sure I have the cutest pack of dogs (and cats!) in the world x

I’m back!! 🤪🫶🏻

After a gorgeous week off I’m back at it, I can’t wait to see all your gorgeous pets again, I hope they’ve missed me as much as I’ve missed them!! 🥹

Being an oversharer as always - here’s what I got up to 🫡 dog walks with my own sweet boy, birthday celebrations where I was well and truly spoilt by all my friends and family, a quick trip to Rome with my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary! 💍 and another birthday celebration today for my sister! 🫨

My cup has been well and truly filled and I've very much enjoyed every moment with the people I love. Now let's get back to work!!🚶🏼‍♀️

I am keeping an eye on that weather app this week - it's looking like we're going back to some soaring temperatures, and some walks are likely to be changed to garden visits again! 🥵
