What a fantastic day on Sunday coaching for Milton Keynes Riding Club! ✨

A fully booked Pole Clinic, with lots of great combinations working hard, learning new skills and having fun along the way.

It was lovely to meet so many new faces, alongside familiar ones, and see everyone making such great progress throughout the day.

A huge thank you to Milton Keynes Riding Club for their continued support and to all the riders who joined me. Looking forward to the next one! 🐴💙

Dressage Test Riding Day Camp & Rider Pilates 🐴 ☀️ 🧘‍♀️

From shared flat lessons in the morning - rider pilates in the sunshine - individual test riding in the afternoon creating a real sense of competition vibe and having your test judged.

Focusing on breaking down test elements in the morning and piecing it all back together again for the afternoon test riding session.

Great to welcome newbies to the day and meet you all. The progress from the morning to the afternoon was incredible - everyone had different goals and expectations for the day. Some focused more on technicality of test riding and other more on familiarity of being in a test environment, from advanced horses to younger greener horses - everyone achieved so much from the day!
These day camps really are suitable to many variations of riders and horses.

Thank you Milton Keynes Riding Club for organising the day and to Rider Elite Physiotherapy for your Rider Pilate focused session in the sunshine.

Super pole clinic today 💫
We focused on gymnastic exercises to improve suppleness, incorporating lateral work to encourage the body to flow through from behind, and using poles to make flatwork both effective and interesting for horses and riders.

Great effort from everyone — some really lovely progress and lightbulb moments throughout the session ✨

Huge thank you to for organising and everyone attending. I am thankful everyday to do what I love as my job!

Up coming pole clinics: 21st February, 7th March, 14th March, 4th April.
