We assess dogs prior to accepting them, dogs are on a two week trial to ensure they are happy and settled. Welcome to Fun 4 Paws. Linda and Sarah can provide a safe, caring and fun service for your pet. All our customers are very pleased at how excited their dogs are to see us and how tired they are after the walk! Your dogs will be loved and treated like ours. Health and safety is priority to us. Due to the increase in number of dog theft and attempted dog thefts, we no longer post information on our page of where we walk or pictures of dogs. We do however share this information daily with customers only by video and photographs. I decided in 2011 that I would like a change from be a childminder and set up this business. Best decision I have made, it is more like a hobby than a job and great fun. I have great customers and the best job in the world - out keeping fit and having fun with animals! I was joined by Sarah a few years ago. She has a male whippet Lupo) who also joins us on some walks. Sarah was a Groom and has worked in various equine jobs from Livery Yards, Race Horses, Polo Ponies, owning her own horses (she currently has a young horse which she is backing to ride). I have 2 female field spaniels of my own, who were both very energetic in their younger years and they occasionally join us on some of our walks, now due to their age and health requirements they can't manage walks like they used to. My previous dog suffered with epilepsy and was almost blind, therefore I have experience of dealing with this condition. I also have experience with horses and regularly assisted my daughter with the daily care of her 2 horses until they sadly passed away. I have several years experience with owning and helping friends with small animals (i.e. hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, cats). We enjoy being outdoors in all weathers and going for walks with our dogs. We live in East Calder, West Lothian and will cover East Calder, Kirknewton, Mid Calder, Pumpherston and Livingston. We are fully insured, our van is fully kitted out with crates so dogs are safe while in transit to/from walks.
