I may not always be able to offer same week appointments, when you’re messaging for availability other people could be messaging at the same time so appointments are on a first come first serve basis and I try to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible. I always say to try and book in when you think your dog is needing groomed within the next two weeks to try and get you booked in on time.
Or please book appointments more in advance and then you can be guaranteed to have a suitable date and time.
Please remember I do not work weekends and messages will be replied to during working days and hours thanks 🐶🙂
