Thought I’d change things up today, as it’s their last walk for a week or so while I’m off on holiday. Instead of combining Ronnie and Reggie’s walks into one post, I thought I’d give them each their own today. So, this was Ronnie’s walk. 🐾
I could tell within a few seconds of starting that he was in such a chilled-out mood. Then, once we got to the park and I realised we had the whole place to ourselves, I thought, “Ah, you’re coming off the lead, mate.” 😂
They’re normally on the flexi around the park anyway, and it rarely ever gets anywhere near the end, so the lead feels like it’s mainly there for caution nowadays. But today I thought I’d let Ron have a proper bit of freedom and enjoy a full lap of the field off lead, doing his own thing.
And, being Ron, he never strays too far. Just happily wandering about, having a good sniff and enjoying his freedom, while still keeping an eye on where I am.
A nice little treat for the boy before I disappear for a week. ❤️
