People sometimes think that catsitting is just cleaning their bowls and litter trays and topping up food but it is so much more than that.

There's play time, learning every cat's little quirks, gaining their trust enough for them to sit on your lap and enjoy fuss, sitting and just chatting to them about how their day has been and lots of cuddles if they want them.

Every cat is different and this is why I love them so much, I really enjoy getting to know each and every one of the cats I care for ❤️

Freddie is the most handsome snugglebug that I had the absolute pleasure of looking after recently. Not only did he absolutely love sitting on my lap and chatting with me, but he also loved belly rubs ❤️

Join us at Lothian Cat Rescue in Bonnyrigg on Sunday 28th June, from 2pm–4pm, for our annual Shelter Open Day.
