Meet Jed 🐾 A 2-year-old collie cross who's travelled all the way from Romania to find his forever home right here.

He's got the most even, gentle temperament — you'd never guess the journey he's been on to get here. Just a genuinely lovely boy.

It's a pretty amazing thing, being able to give a dog like Jed a second chance so far from where he started. A bit of love and patience goes a long way 🐕❤️

Currently looking after Clover — a bit of a naughty one, but that's all part of the fun 😅 Just been sat on the bed having a stroke and a cuddle with her, and honestly, moments like that are exactly why I do this. I love dogs, I love being outside with them, and I wouldn't swap it for anything.

The weather's been testing everyone's patience lately, walkers and dogs included. Fingers crossed it picks up soon so we can get back to some proper adventures ☀️🐾

Ladies and gents, meet Molly. 13 years old. In human years that's apparently 91 — which, frankly, is offensive to every 91-year-old who can't light up for a treat. 🐾

I don't know what she's on but I want some.

(For the record, the "×7" dog years thing is actually a myth — it's not a flat multiplier, it depends on breed and size. But try telling Molly that. She's not listening, she's too busy waiting for treat number two.)

91 years young and still acting like she stole something. Legend. 😂

Clover decided paws were overrated today.

Went full submarine — entire face in the bowl, fishing treats out like her life depended on it. Got every last one. Came up looking like she'd been through a car wash.

I couldn't stop laughing. Soggy nose and all, that's a dog having the time of her life — and that's the whole point of what I do. Happy, busy, a little bit daft. No rushing, no rules, just letting them be dogs.

A few spaces left at John O Dog Care if you fancy your dog coming home this happy (mildly damp optional). 🐾

Sky's a blue staffy — that lovely silvery-grey coat that turns heads on every walk. Underneath all that muscle is one of the soppiest, most affectionate breeds going.
She's a real pleasure to walk and her company is beautiful. It's just nice to stop sometimes and acknowledge that.
Case in point: the sheer concentration on Sky's face 😄 It's all in the anticipation. All that toughness, undone by a yummy beef liver treat.

Dunmow Rec, golden hour, and Clover absolutely sending it. 🐾💨

Girl saw the sunset and decided it was a race. Spoiler: she won. In and out of shot like she's got somewhere better to be!
