Dear Valued Customers,

It is with a heavy heart that we are writing to share some difficult news. Due to circumstances beyond our control after the sale of the business fell through, we have had to make the heartbreaking decision to close our cattery, effective 11th October, any bookings up to this date will still be fine.

This was an outcome we never expected, and closing is the last thing we wanted to do. Over the years, it has been an absolute privilege to care for your precious cats, watch them grow, and welcome familiar faces back time and time again. The trust, loyalty, and kindness you have shown us mean more than you will ever know.
We are truly sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience this brings, especially to those with upcoming bookings or plans to visit us again.

To help ease the transition, we have personally visited The Cosy Cat Retreat and feel completely confident recommending them as a wonderful alternative for your cats' future stays.
Although this isn’t the ending we hoped for, we will always look back on our time with your furry family members with tremendous warmth and gratitude. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for letting us be a part of their lives. We will miss you all dearly.

With warmest regards and deep gratitude,

Sean & Lisa at Tickhill Scratching Post 🐈‍⬛🐈 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
