⚠️ STRICT 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY ⚠️
Please be aware that Amy’s Doghouse Pet Spa operates a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, your booking fee will be lost.
This applies to ALL cancellations, regardless of the reason, with no exceptions.
As a small, independent one-to-one grooming salon, appointments are reserved specifically for your dog. Cancellations at short notice leave very little opportunity for me to fill the space and result in a direct loss of income.
By booking an appointment and paying your booking fee, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel or rearrange, please make sure you contact me more than 48 hours before your appointment to avoid losing your booking fee.
