To all clients, please note that if you are paying by bank transfer, payment must be received before collection of your dog.

Unfortunately, I am spending an increasing amount of time chasing outstanding payments, which takes valuable time away from my family.

From now on, any payment not received before collection will be considered overdue and late payment fees may be applied.

I appreciate the support of all clients who pay promptly and respect these terms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
