Summer Walking Update

With summer temperatures here, your dog's safety and welfare remain my top priority. Following RSPCA guidance, I will be offering walks before 8:00am and after 8:00pm during periods of hot weather.

Summer Walking Service
Walks will take place in shaded woodland wherever possible to help keep dogs cool and comfortable.

Home Welfare Checks.
I will also be offering home welfare checks during the day for pets who may need a quick visit, fresh water, a toilet break, or a general wellbeing check while the weather is warm.

Please check your dog after every walk for:

- 🕷️ Ticks
- 🌾 Grass seeds (especially paws, ears, eyes and between the toes)
- 🦟 Fleas
- 🌿 Brambles, thorns and small cuts

Please ensure your dog's flea and tick treatment is up to date.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. By adapting our walks to the weather, we can ensure your dogs stay happy, healthy and safe throughout the summer.
