Price Increase – Effective Monday 13 July 2026 ❤️

To all my lovely customers,

I just wanted to let you know that from 13 July 2026, there will be a small price increase for my grooming services.

My base prices will increase by 10%, with some larger breeds increasing by up to 14%, particularly larger curly-coated breeds or dogs that require additional time, products, and utilities.

Like many small businesses, I've seen the cost of running my business continue to rise, including insurance, utilities, equipment servicing, grooming products, and other day-to-day expenses. To continue providing the high standard of care, time, and attention that every dog deserves, I need to make this adjustment.

I'm so grateful for every one of you who trusts me with your dogs. Your continued support and loyalty over the past few years mean the world to me, and I truly appreciate it.

I have spoken to a lot of you already, however, if you're unsure what your dog's new grooming price will be, please feel free to send me a message, or I'll be happy to discuss it with you at your next appointment.

Due to the forecast heatwave this week, I will be cancelling and rescheduling afternoon dog grooming appointments on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of this week.

I will be in touch with everyone affected throughout tomorrow to arrange alternative appointment dates with you.

Thank you for your understanding. Your dog's health and wellbeing are my top priority, and this decision has been made to minimise the risk of heat exhaustion, which can be life-threatening during these extreme temperatures.

PLEASE READ

With the current temperatures your dog's safety in the salon due the heatwave I take very seriously ☀️🐾

I will be assessing the heat throughout the day in the cabin and if I feel it is too much for your dog, appointments may need to be rearranged or cancelled for their wellbeing. I will give you as much notice where possible.

If your dog is struggling in the heat at home and you need to rearrange, please let me know with as much notice as possible.

Booking Ahead for Your Grooming Appointments

Good morning everyone,
I’d like to recommend that clients on a regular schedule book at least three grooming appointments in advance. This helps ensure you can secure the day, time, and date that works best for you.

Please note, you are only committed to these bookings up to 48 hours before each appointment. If you need to cancel, I kindly ask for sufficient notice so I can release and refill the space—this helps avoid any charges to you.
