‼️ Use it or lose it‼️
This is a post I really didn’t want to make, but we’ve reached a bit of a crossroads😟
As you all know, the cost of running things has jumped massively lately.
Arena hire, facility fees and venue rates have all gone up.
I always try my absolute best to keep our entry fees as low & accessible as possible so everyone can get out and enjoy their ponies & time with the children.
However, booking venues, securing dates, and organizing these events takes a huge amount of planning and financial commitment.
Put simply: if the entries aren’t coming in, the events aren’t sustainable and I won’t be able to keep running them. 😟
Sadly, if numbers don’t pick up heading into the new year, I will have to strip our events for the year right back.
Unless we manage to find our own permanent base, the only activities I’ll be able to run will be our Camps, Seasonal Rallies and the odd Clear Round.
That’s enough of the heavy stuff! Let’s look forward to the rest of the year. 🐴✨

We are also finalizing our calendar up to Christmas🎄
