Ozzy is the happiest, cuddliest and sweetest boy! He’s so playful and loves making friends with all the dogs 🥰

Raw food YES OR NO?

I took my boys off supermarket kibble and meat because I didn’t like all the synthetic stuff that was in it.
They absolutely love raw, seem super happy and healthy and coats are lovely but I know raw food can carry bacteria!

Do you feel unsafe because I do!!!

And now it’s getting darker ….
We shouldn’t have to feel unsafe doing our jobs, getting some exercise or simply walking the dogs. But until the world changes, let’s make sure we’re looking after ourselves and each other. 🐾❤️

📱 Keep your phone easily accessible

👀 Stay aware of your surroundings — headphones and phones can distract us. If you’re walking somewhere isolated, keep your attention on what’s around you.

📍 Let someone know where you are — you can download the live 360 app for free and put your live tracking on

🦺 Wear something reflective and the dogs.

🐕 Don’t assume having a dog means you’re automatically safe - I would only trust my Loki because he is a natural protector and if anyone was daring enough to come near him then they are just stupid 🤣

🗺️ Stick to routes you know when it’s dark and, where possible, choose well-lit areas with other people around.

⚠️ Trust your instincts. If someone, somewhere or something doesn’t feel right, don’t ignore that feeling. Turn around, change your route, go somewhere populated or call someone.

🔐 Keep personal information private. As dog walkers, we can sometimes unintentionally reveal where we live, our routines or when we’re going to be somewhere through social media posts. Think twice before sharing your exact location or schedule publicly.

🆘 Have a plan. Know who you would call if you felt uncomfortable or needed help.

And perhaps most importantly… look out for each other. ❤️

If you see another woman walking alone in the dark, a simple “Are you okay?” or offering to walk part of the way with someone can make a huge difference.

Stay alert. Stay visible. Trust your instincts. And get home safe. 🌙🔦🐕
