Friday at PawFecter Dog Walking 🐾
Today we had Poppy for two walks, and what a difference we saw in her confidence today!
She was much more comfortable with me, had a lovely spring in her step and even treated me to a little smile and some happy tail wags. 🥰
It’s so lovely watching her confidence grow, especially after taking things slow and steady on her first walk with us. We’ll continue to work at Poppy’s pace and make sure every walk is a positive and enjoyable experience.
We also had Pablo joining us for his new Friday walks, and his loose lead training was top tier today! 👏
His check-ins were also much more frequent, which is fantastic to see. He’s really starting to understand that checking in with me and staying connected makes our walks so much more enjoyable.

Thursday at PawFecter Dog Walking 🐾

Today we welcomed little sweet Poppy to the PawFecter pack! Poppy took us at a completely different pace today, slow and steady! her first walk, we didn’t get very far, and that’s absolutely okay. We’re all about working at each dog’s pace and making sure they feel comfortable.
We headed back to the garden for some enrichment, where I discovered that Poppy is very food motivated! This gave us a great way to make her afternoon walk more fun, enjoyable and enriching. With a little food luring here and there, Poppy found her spring in her step and we managed to get much further on her afternoon walk. I'm looking forward to seeing her confidence grow and her enjoy herself the more we get to know each other.

We also had Max for a solo walk today, as his usual walking buddy Reggie is enjoying his holidays this week.
Max was full of energy, so we headed out locally and got those little legs and his nose working! We used scatter feeding along the walk, giving Max the opportunity to sniff out little pieces of food as we went.
Not only was this great fun for Max, but it also helped build engagement and connection with me along the way.

Every dog has their own pace, and that’s what makes our walks so special. 🐶

🐾 Wednesday Field Walk at PawFecter! 🐾
Today’s crew had an absolute blast! The zoomies started from the get-go, and even the dull weather didn't stop everyone from having fun. There was plenty of fetch, zoomies, playing with friends and exploring, making it another brilliant field walk for the PawFecter crew.

Our field walks are all about:

🐾 Socialising with friendly dogs
🐾 Making new friends and building confidence

🐾 TUESDAY AT PAWFECTER DOG WALKING! 🐾
Today we kicked off our Tuesday field walk, and it’s fair to say all the dogs had an absolute blast!
We had little Ottie, our puppy with a personality that is definitely larger than life! 😂 She had so much fun exploring the field and making the most of her adventure.
We were also joined by Bodhi, who you may have seen before on my page as one of our PawFecter daycare dogs. He was absolutely loving life today and even made a brand-new friend in Ottie. 🐶
The two of them were joined by the PawFecter girls, and together they had a brilliant time running, exploring and enjoying some well-deserved field time.

🐾 FRIDAY AT PAWFECTER DOG WALKING! 🐾
We finished the week with two of our lovely boys, and what a way to end it!
🐾 First up – Rexy
Rexy joined me for another training walk, and he has absolutely nailed his heel work today! 👏
This time we focused more on helping Rexy learn that he doesn't need to greet everyone we pass. We’re working on allowing him to look at people without pulling towards them, helping him stay focused and making those calm choices.
A big part of this is also advocating for your dog. Sometimes people see a cute dog and automatically want to say hello, but it's perfectly okay to say “no” when someone asks to pet your dog. Giving your dog the choice and space they need is an important part of building confidence and good habits. ❤️
🐾 Next up – Reggie
We kept things nice and chilled for Reggie to finish off the week. We headed along a familiar route where he could take his time and enjoy a good sniff around. 🌳
We added in a little scatter feeding to get his nose working before finishing, as always, with a good game of fetch — Reggie's absolute favourite! 🎾
A lovely, chilled end to another busy week at PawFecter. ❤️

🐾 THURSDAY AT PAWFECTER DOG WALKING! 🐾
We started the day with lovely Poppy on a home visit, and as always, we filled our time with plenty of fun and enrichment.
Poppy had an absolute blast rolling her treat ball around and using her nose to get all the tasty food out. We also enjoyed a game of fetch and, of course, plenty of fusses before it was time to say goodbye.
Next, we headed out to pick up Max & Reggie for a group walk. Today we decided to explore somewhere new, giving both boys plenty of new sights and smells to investigate. They loved having somewhere different to explore and making the most of their adventure.
To finish off the day, it was back to Poppy for another home visit. This time we played some fetch, hid food around the garden for her to sniff out, and finished with lots of cuddles and snuggles.
Another lovely day of fun, enrichment, exploring and plenty of fusses at PawFecter!

WEDNESDAY AT PAWFECTER DOG WALKING!
Today we had our Wednesday field walk, and all the dogs had ambles of fun!
There was plenty of running around and zoomies, with some scatter feeding to get those noses working. We also enjoyed a good game of fetch and had a go at climbing the ramps.
A brilliant field session filled with exercise, enrichment, exploring and lots of happy dogs.

🐾❤️ TUESDAY AT PAWFECTER DOG WALKING! ❤️🐾
Today I had the pleasure of spending the day with the PawFecter daycare dogs, and what a day we had! 🐶🥰
We had tons of fun and plenty of zoomies from the get-go! 💨🐾 The doggos got to put their noses to work searching for treats hidden around the school, before using their brains to figure out how to get even more tasty treats out of their puzzle toys. 👃🧠🐶
After all that sniffing, thinking and playing, it was time for a solid nap — very well deserved! 😂💤
Once everyone had recharged their batteries, we loaded up the van and headed off to pick up Reggie and the PawFecter girls before making our way to the field. 🌳🐾
And the zoomies started immediately! 😂🐕
Reggie was like LIGHTNING today! ⚡ One minute he was right by my feet, and the next he was on the complete other side of the field, ready and waiting for that ball! 🎾😂
Safe to say, everyone had an absolutely brilliant day filled with fun, enrichment, exercise, sniffing, zoomies and lots of happy doggos! ❤️🐾

Today's been a good day to say the least! 🥰🐶 We've had a new face join us, some lovely progress and plenty of fun along the way!
🐾 First up – welcome Betsy!
Today we welcomed Betsy to PawFecter for her first training walk! 🐶❤️
We were working on loose-lead walking and not pulling, and Betsy did amazingly well for her first session. She picked up what I was asking of her really quickly, and I’m excited to see how she progresses! 🌟🐾
🐾 Next up – a meet & greet!
We headed off for a meet & greet with a potential new PawFecter superstar! 👀🐶
Hopefully, you'll be seeing another new face joining the crew very soon! 🤞❤️
🐾 Then it was Pablo's turn!
Pablo joined me for a solo walk, and honestly, it’s amazing seeing just how far this little guy has come since becoming part of the PawFecter crew. 🥹❤️
His confidence and progress have been fantastic to watch, and I couldn't be prouder of him! 🌟🐾
🐾 Finishing the day – Reggie!
Our Reggie was ready for his adventure! 🐶💨
We headed off to the woods where he had an absolute blast putting his nose to work. 👃🌳 We enjoyed some scattered feeding along the way before finishing the walk with a good old game of fetch — absolutely Reggie’s favourite thing to do! 🎾😂❤️

END OF WEEK SUPERSTARS

What a fantastic week it’s been with our PawFecter superstars! ❤️🐶

It’s been a week full of adventures, fun, training, enrichment, new experiences and definitely plenty of fusses! 🥰🐾

We’ve welcomed some new faces to the PawFecter crew, explored new places, enjoyed field walks, worked on training skills and watched our doggos make some amazing progress!
From Poppy’s enrichment and field walk, Pablo’s confidence progress and Reggie sniffing and playing fetch, to Ralph settling into his home visits, Max enjoying new adventures, Rexy absolutely flying with his training, and welcoming Ottie for her very first training walk — we couldn't be prouder! 🐶

Every dog has had their own little wins this week, whether that’s building confidence, learning new skills, exploring somewhere new, making new friends or simply having the best time being a dog. 🐶🐾
And that's what PawFecter is all about — happy dogs, positive experiences and celebrating every little bit of progress! 🌟

A HUGE well done to all our PawFecter crew this week! ⭐🐾
