🎉 IT’S LIVE — THE BRAND NEW JINGO WEBSITE IS HERE!🎉

I’ve been working on this for what feels like forever 😂 but the new Jingo site is finally live.

This isn’t just a new theme or a few tweaks either — I’ve built the whole thing from scratch so it actually works around Jingo, our products and the way you shop, rather than trying to squeeze everything into a generic website.

There’s loads built into it already, including Pet Profiles, smarter Mix Boxes, feeding guidance, your Cash Pot and a much better account area — plus plenty more going on behind the scenes.

If you already had a Jingo account, you do NOT need to make a new one. Your account is already there — you just need to set a password to activate it on the new site using the same email address you normally use with us.

👉 Activate your account here:

Have a proper look around, add your pets and try everything out 💙

And if anything looks odd, doesn’t work how you expect, or you get stuck activating your account, just message me.

Welcome to the new Jingo

🐾 Phase Three is now live!

You can now build mixed raw boxes around your pet’s own needs.

Before, mixed boxes were only available with or without chicken. Now, if your pet avoids veg, tripe, chicken, duck, lamb — or anything else — add it to their profile once and we’ll use that when building their box.

⚡ Much quicker ordering
Select your pet, click Build It and add to cart. No need to choose every individual item yourself.

🐶 Got more than one pet?
Build a box for each pet and we’ll pack them separately, labelled with their name.

🎁 Win a free personalised gift
Add your pet profile before the 10th to be in with a chance of winning a free personalised gift for the winning pet!

I’ve tested it loads, but please message me ASAP if anything doesn’t look right or a box includes something it shouldn’t.

In all the years I’ve been running a website, I’ve never found an app that did everything I actually wanted. Because of that, the website has never quite matched the vision I had in my head.

So, I decided to build it myself — and it’s finally live! 🎉

I’ve spent countless hours designing, building and testing this from scratch, based entirely around how I want the Jingo shopping experience to work for you and your pets.

I’m constantly adding new features, so what you’re seeing now is only the beginning. Jingo customers get to use it first and help shape what it becomes!

Please have a play around, add your pets and let me know what you think. Your feedback genuinely helps me find any problems and make sure everything works the way it should.

And yes… you saw it here first! 👀

🐾 Something new has landed on the Jingo website!

You can now create individual profiles for all your pets inside your customer account—adding their favourites, allergies, health needs and more.

This is the first version of a much bigger project designed to make shopping more personal, improve recommendations and eventually give every pet their own rewards and birthday gift—even if you have a whole houseful!

The basics are working, but I now need real customers to start using it so I can properly test everything.

Create at least one complete pet profile by thr 10th August 2026 and you’ll be entered into a draw to win a Jingo box personalised for your pet 🐶🐱
