Notice: Same-day cancellation fee.
Dear all,
Unfortunately, I have had a number of same-day cancellations recently. I understand that sometimes it genuinely can't be helped, but going forward, I will require at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment.
I'm trying my best to keep the service as simple and as flexible as possible, but at the end of the day, this is not a hobby, this is my livelihood.
So with that said, I have made the tough decision to introduce a same-day cancellation fee, charged at the full price of the appointment.
