Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy veterinary practice and work alongside our existing team, supporting both colleagues and clients at both our main clinic in Coulsdon and our branch clinic in Godstone.
This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone with a calm, caring manner who enjoys working with people and animals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting clients and their pets in a warm and professional manner
• Booking appointments and managing the diary
• Answering the telephone and responding to enquiries
• Handling general reception and administrative tasks
• Supporting the veterinary team with day-to-day reception duties
About You:
• Friendly, calm, and approachable with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
• Well organised and able to multitask
• Experience in a veterinary or reception role is preferred but not essential
Training:
• Full training will be provided for the right candidate
Hours:
• Part-time (19hrs/week)
Monday: 8.30am-11.00am & 3.30pm-6.30pm
Thursday:2.00pm-7.00pm
Friday:8.00am-5.00pm/10.00am-7.00pm
Plus:
1 Saturday morning in 5: 8.00am-1.00pm
